• Employers must comply with relevant data protection laws.

2.3. Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Interact with job seekers professionally.

2.4. Termination of Account

Jobswoop may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3.1. Platform Use

• Create and update your profile.
• Upload documents like CVs and supporting materials.
• Be contacted by employers based on your profile.

3.2. Data Sharing

• Your profile, including uploaded documents, is visible to registered employers.
• Jobswoop employees may access your profile to assist in recruitment.

3.3. Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information.
• Ensure uploaded documents are relevant to job applications.

3.4. Profile Deletion

You may delete your profile at any time. Upon deletion, all associated data will be removed from Jobswoop.
